Programs we support

Finca El Paraíso · Colombia
Community education for harvest workers.
Finca El Paraíso runs a small community education program for the children of harvest-season workers in the Cauca highlands. We have supported it since the family expanded their solar drying patios in 2019 — the same investment that improved the cup quality also funded the program.

Kochere Cooperative · Ethiopia
Cooperative training + riverbank reforestation.
Kochere built its own washing station in 2014 so the margin stayed with its members instead of middlemen. A share of every bag we buy funds new-member training and the reforestation work along the riverbanks at Yirgacheffe.

Finca Acatenango · Guatemala
Native shade canopy. Bird habitat.
Four generations of the same family on the volcanic slopes, and the current generation maintains a native shade canopy that supports migrating birds passing through every spring. The honey-process coffee benefits too — slower ripening, denser sweetness.
