How is the gift card delivered?
As a code. Right after checkout you’ll see the gift card code — copy it and pass it along however you like. If you entered a recipient email that matches a SaborCup account, the card also appears in their account automatically. We don’t send gift cards by email.
What can it be used on?
Any one-time order — coffee or gear. Sign in, enter the code in your bag at checkout, and the balance comes off your total; whatever is left over stays on the card for next time. Subscriptions aren’t covered yet.
Does it expire?
Never. There’s no expiry date and no fees — the balance is yours until it’s spent.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. If something went wrong with an order, reach out and we’ll help sort it out.
