Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to discover, buy, and enjoy great coffee — however you browse the web. Here's where we stand, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Accessibility is never “done.”
We treat it as ongoing work, not a checkbox — and we'd genuinely rather hear from you than assume we got it right.
Our commitment
SaborCup is committed to making saborcup.com usable for as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies or navigate without a mouse. We consider accessibility part of good design — not an add-on — and we build and review with it in mind.
Conformance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the standard most widely referenced by accessibility law and best practice. We currently consider the site partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, while a few areas are still being brought fully in line (see Known limitations).
What we’ve done
Steps we've taken across the site include:
- Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can move by heading and landmark.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus ring on every interactive control.
- Meaningful images carry descriptive alt text; decorative ones are hidden from assistive tech.
- Form fields have clear labels, and errors are tied directly to the input they describe.
- Text reflows and stays readable when zoomed to 200%.
- We respect your system “reduce motion” setting.
- We aim for AA color contrast on text and controls.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge — and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. For the smoothest experience, we recommend keeping your browser and assistive software up to date.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. We want to be upfront about them:
- Downloadable invoice PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers yet — email us and we’ll get you the details in an accessible format.
- Checkout runs on Stripe’s hosted payment page, a third-party surface that’s partly outside our control — though we chose it with accessibility in mind.
- Brand-new features may briefly lag our standards while we test and refine them.
We're actively working on each of these, and your reports help us prioritize.
Feedback & contact
If you run into a barrier on our site, or need information, an order, or a document in a different format, please tell us. We take every report seriously and aim to respond within 2 business days.

It helps us fix things faster if you can include the page, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.
How we assess
We evaluate the site through a mix of automated testing, manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and a review as we ship new features. This statement was last reviewed in June 2026, and we revisit it regularly.
