Sourcing story
Better coffee starts at the source.
We work with growers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and Kenya. We pay fair prices, build long-term relationships, and bring back coffees worth committing to.

Our sourcing principles
Thoughtful sourcing. Lasting impact.
Taste of place
We source coffees that taste like the place they came from.
Fair terms
We work directly with farmers and co-ops on fair terms and transparent prices.
Shade-grown first
We support shade-grown farming and lean toward lower-impact materials.
Stronger communities
We help fund schools, healthcare, and infrastructure where our coffee is grown.
Beyond the harvest
We're in it for the long run, building partnerships that last beyond the harvest.
How we work
From farm to your cup.

Step 1: We source
We travel to named regions across six countries to find coffees and farming partners worth committing to.

Step 2: We partner
We work with the same growers, year after year. The relationship comes first.

Step 3: We select
Together, we cup, test, and choose lots that stand out for their flavor and impact.

Step 4: We support
We pay fair prices and provide resources that help farmers thrive long-term.

Step 5: We roast & share
We roast each coffee with care, then ship it to you within 48 hours of the roast.
Making an impact together
Real change, beyond the cup.
Direct trade, community programs, and environmental work at the farms we buy from — the same partners, the same commitments, every season.
