How we ship
Every order is roasted to order — we don't ship from a shelf of pre-roasted bags. Your beans are roasted fresh, rested briefly to hit their peak, then shipped within 48 hours. They arrive at their best, not weeks past their prime.
One-time orders placed by Sunday 11:59 PM PT are roasted that same week. Subscriptions roast on the shipping week you choose.

Delivery times
We ship via ground service across the U.S. Once your coffee leaves the roastery, transit usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your region. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
