Harvest season means new coffee, and three lots just landed on the menu. Each is single-origin, roasted to order, and in season right now — which means they won't be around forever. Here's what's new and what to expect in the cup.
Guatemala — volcanic and chocolatey
Grown on volcanic slopes with big day-to-night temperature swings, this one is rich and grounded — cocoa and brown sugar with a bright orange lift. It's a crowd-pleaser that holds up beautifully in a drip machine or French press, and it takes milk well if that's your morning.
Kenya — bright and electric
Kenyan coffees are some of the most intense we pour, and this lot is no exception: blackcurrant, grapefruit, and a snap of acidity that wakes the whole cup up. Brew it as a pour over to put that brightness front and center. If you've never tried a great Kenyan, start here.
Colombia — sweet and approachable
A balanced, friendly Colombian with red apple, caramel, and a clean finish — the kind of cup that's hard not to like. It's forgiving to brew and easy to recommend, which makes it a great place to start if single-origin coffee is new to you.
Seasonal means seasonal. When a harvest's lots are gone, they're gone until next year — fresher beats endless.
All three are on the coffees page now. Subscribers can swap any of them into an upcoming shipment, and one-time bags are always an option if you just want to taste what's new.
