Washed Ethiopian from Guji zone, south of the more famous Yirgacheffe. Bergamot tea aromatics lead, followed by ripe apricot and a clean honey sweetness. Tea-like in body, bright in the cup, and lifted through the finish. Pour over and Aeropress bring out the best in it.

How to brew this coffee
A washed Ethiopian with dense, high-altitude beans. Use hotter water than you'd expect for a light roast — the bergamot and apricot need it to open up.
The bergamot and apricot come through with an almost Earl Grey-like elegance.
