Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

You'll build the storefront and subscription platform our customers use every day. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll ship features end to end — from the catalog and checkout to the subscription engine and account tools — on a small team where you own real surface area and your work reaches customers within days, not quarters.

What you'll do

• Ship features across the stack with Next.js, TypeScript, React, Prisma, and Postgres.
• Build and harden the subscription, checkout, and billing flows, including Stripe integration.
• Own features end to end — design, build, test, ship, and watch them in production.
• Keep performance, accessibility, and reliability high as the codebase and team grow.
• Review code thoughtfully and help set the engineering bar on a small team.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years building production web applications.
• Deep experience with TypeScript and a modern React framework like Next.js.
• Comfort across the stack — relational data modeling, APIs, and front-end UI.
• A track record of owning features end to end and caring about the details.
• Clear written communication for an async, remote team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stripe, subscriptions, or commerce.
• An eye for accessible, well-crafted UI.
• You drink the product — opinions about coffee welcome.

About the team

Engineering is a small, senior team that ships the storefront and subscription platform behind SaborCup. We work async and remote across US time zones, keep the bar high, and stay close to the people roasting and shipping the coffee.

Compensation & benefits

The salary range for this role is $140,000–$175,000, depending on experience, plus meaningful equity.
