Fulfillment Associate
About the role
You'll be the last set of hands on every order before it ships. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll pack freshly roasted coffee with care, keep our 48-hour shipping promise, and make sure the box that lands on a customer's doorstep is right every time. It's hands-on work at the heart of the roastery.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and ship daily orders accurately and on time.
- Help hold our roasted-and-out-within-48-hours commitment.
- Keep the fulfillment area organized, stocked, and clean.
- Manage packaging inventory and flag when supplies run low.
- Spot and resolve order issues before they reach a customer.
What you'll bring
- Reliability and genuine care about getting orders right.
- Comfort on your feet and lifting up to 50 lb.
- Attention to detail and a steady pace under daily deadlines.
- A team-first attitude in a small, busy roastery.
Nice to have
- Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience.
- Familiarity with shipping software.
- An interest in specialty coffee.
About the team
We're a small roastery in Los Angeles shipping freshly roasted, single-origin coffee to subscribers across the country. We source directly, roast to order, and care about the people on both ends of the bag. Operations keeps the promise the rest of the company makes — that fresh coffee arrives fast and right.
Compensation & benefits
The salary range for this role is $44,000–$54,000, depending on experience, plus meaningful equity.
