Frontend Engineer

About the role

You'll make the storefront feel as considered as the coffee. As a Frontend Engineer, you'll build the customer-facing UI — catalog, the subscription builder, checkout, and the account dashboard — turning design into fast, accessible, responsive interfaces that work on every device our customers shop from.

What you'll do

• Build polished, responsive UI with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Turn designs into accessible, well-built components and flows.
• Own the front-end of the subscription builder, catalog, and account dashboard — how it looks and how it feels to use.
• Partner closely with design and back-end to ship features end to end.
• Hold the line on performance, accessibility, and cross-device behavior.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years building production front-end with React and TypeScript.
• Strong CSS and responsive-layout skills — Tailwind a plus.
• A real commitment to accessibility and semantic, keyboard-friendly UI.
• An eye for detail and the patience to get interactions right.
• Comfortable communicating in writing across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js App Router and server components.
• Design sensibility — you can refine a layout, not just implement it.
• Interest in commerce or subscription products.

About the team

Engineering pairs design and build closely, and you'd sit right at that seam. It's a small, senior team, fully remote across US time zones, that keeps the bar high on the things customers actually touch.

Compensation & benefits

The salary range for this role is $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience, plus meaningful equity.
