Brand Designer
About the role
You'll shape how SaborCup looks across everything we make. As a Brand Designer on a contract basis, you'll work on packaging, campaign art, the storefront, and the small touches that make a bag feel like a gift — bringing a considered, editorial eye to a brand that respects the origins it sources from.
What you'll do
- Design across brand surfaces — packaging, web, email, and campaign art.
- Extend and refine the visual system so everything feels of a piece.
- Partner with marketing and engineering to ship design into the real product.
- Bring a thoughtful, editorial sensibility that respects the coffee and its origins.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of brand or product design with a portfolio to show.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual-system skills.
- Experience designing for both print/packaging and digital.
- Comfort working independently on a remote, contract basis.
Nice to have
- Packaging or CPG experience.
- Motion or illustration skills.
- Familiarity with designing in or handing off to a component-based front end.
About the team
Marketing & Design is a small crew that owns how SaborCup looks and sounds. We value taste and restraint over volume and stay close to the roastery so the design always matches the coffee.
Compensation & benefits
The rate for this contract role is $70–$90 per hour, depending on experience. You'll work remotely on a flexible schedule and still get free coffee from every roast we release.
SaborCup is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive team. We welcome applicants of every background, identity, and experience.
